Starbase, Texas, establishes municipal court and police department as population grows

Starbase, Texas, is establishing its own municipal court to handle legal matters as its population grows. The city, home to SpaceX's launch site, voted to incorporate last year and is forming its own police department due to limitations with current county law enforcement services. Starbase is also considering annexing surrounding land, including parts of a wildlife refuge and state park, as its development continues.
