Stan Kroenke, owner of the Rams, is now the largest private landowner in the U.S. after acquiring 937,000 acres in New Mexico. His total landholdings exceed 2.7 million acres across the American West and Canada, more than double the size of Delaware. Kroenke also owns significant commercial real estate and multiple sports franchises, including the Rams and Arsenal FC.
