A recent hh.ru survey found that younger workers and those in marketing, finance, law, and management are most enthusiastic about automation. Other productivity drivers include higher pay and better management. The survey of over 2,600 people in February 2026 also revealed that only 23% of companies in St. Petersburg have high levels of technology adoption.
