Spain braces for a week of unstable weather and widespread rain

Spain faces another week of unstable weather with widespread rain. The meteorological agency has issued yellow alerts in eight communities and Ceuta for heavy rain, snow, strong winds, and rough seas. Precipitation has been significantly above average across much of the country this year.
