SpaceX shares footage of Crew Dragon's journey to the International Space Station
SpaceX has shared new footage of its Crew Dragon spacecraft traveling to the International Space Station (ISS) with NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov aboard. The spacecraft reached the ISS and docked successfully. The Crew-9 mission was initially planned for four crew members, but two seats were left empty. NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore will return home with Hague and Gorbunov in February. Williams and Wilmore had been at the ISS since June after arriving on Boeing’s Starliner. Due to issues with the spacecraft, they extended their stay from 10 days to eight months.
