South Korean satellite photographs moon crater from SpaceX rocket

A South Korean satellite has photographed the moon impact site of a rocket part, revealing a crater and ejected dust and rock. Images were taken by the KARI institute’s satellite before and after the impact. The debris was the upper stage of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, which delivered two private lunar landers 1.5 years ago, then drifted off course and struck Wednesday.
