South Korea has introduced the Hyunmoo-5 missile, claiming it is the world's largest conventional warhead. This missile, equipped with an 8-tonne warhead, has destructive capabilities similar to tactical nuclear weapons. The missile was showcased at a military ceremony marking South Korea's 76th anniversary, amid rising tensions with North Korea. The event featured 5,000 troops and various military equipment, emphasizing South Korea's military strength. President Yoon Suk-yeol warned North Korea against using nuclear weapons, stating it would lead to the end of its regime. The Hyunmoo-5 is designed to penetrate deep underground bunkers, enhancing South Korea's defense capabilities.
