Sonja O’Hara and Adam Hoelzel co-direct sci-fi thriller 'Snare' filming in Los Angeles

Sonja O’Hara and Adam Hoelzel will co-direct the sci-fi thriller "Snare," which they also co-wrote. Filming is planned for Los Angeles this winter. The film follows a mycologist and her ex-partner who use a new drug to eliminate attraction to toxic relationships. Corey Moosa of "Margin Call" is among the executive producers. "Snare" was a participant in the 2025 Tribeca Creators Market. Casting is currently in progress for the project.
