Sole survivor of M6 crash hopes to return home for Christmas

Arran Martin, a seven-year-old boy, is the sole survivor of a car crash on the M6 in Cumbria that killed his mother, her partner, and his two half-brothers. Arran was hospitalized after the October 15 accident but is now recovering and hopes to return home for Christmas. Arran's father, Andy, has been by his side during his recovery. An online fundraiser for the family has raised over £11,000 to help with expenses related to Arran's treatment and home adaptations. The crash also claimed the life of the other driver, Richard Woods. An inquest into the incident is set to begin on Friday.
