Social Security's e-Clic service now features an online request triage system. This new functionality aims to help citizens and businesses categorize their requests more quickly and accurately. The system analyzes user-entered descriptions and automatically suggests three relevant categories. If none fit, users can select an alternative. This aims to provide immediate assistance or direct users to relevant portal links for self-service. This update is part of ongoing efforts to simplify Social Security processes, following recent changes that streamlined payment procedures by generating references directly on the portal.
