SNDP Yogam members protested the IUML president in Kerala

This demonstration took place in response to the IUML's criticism of SNDP Yogam's general secretary. The SNDP Yogam general secretary had stated that the Ezhava community had been mistreated in a specific district. Protesters said his remarks highlighted a fact that certain groups' demands were unmet during periods of specific political party governance. The protest included claims that the Ezhava community was denied educational opportunities. The SNDP Yogam's local leader inaugurated the event and the organization's president was also in attendance.
