Sienna Betts leads Grandview to 6A finals victory

Sienna Betts led the Grandview Wolves to a 39-35 victory over Pine Creek in the Class 6A state tournament semifinals. This win allows Grandview to advance to the championship game, seeking redemption after last year's Sweet 16 loss. Betts scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds, becoming the fourth girl in state history to achieve 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. Deija Roberson contributed significantly, scoring 14 points and securing the win with two free throws in the final seconds. Pine Creek, despite a strong start and a double-double from Brooklyn Stewart, could not maintain their lead. The Wolves will face the winner of the Riverdale Ridge-Legend game in the finals on Saturday.
