Shriram Properties signs agreement for mixed-use development in Pune targeting ₹750 crore revenue

Shriram Properties has signed a joint development agreement for a mixed-use project on a 6-acre site in Pune, aiming for revenue of ₹750 crore. The project will include over 650 apartments and retail spaces, set to be developed over four years. The company plans to launch the project in the second half of the current financial year. It is also in the final stages of securing rights for an additional 8 acres for more retail and commercial development. This initiative aligns with Shriram Properties' asset-light strategy. The company currently has 42 projects in its pipeline, with 75% of ongoing projects already sold.
