Shimane Denko Group starts executive development program with voluntary applications

Shimane Denko Group launched a new executive development program. The program, called "Next Board" and "Junior Board," uses a voluntary application system to select 43 employees from four group companies for a year of training. This initiative aims to cultivate future leaders with a strategic vision and strong leadership skills to ensure the group's continued success over the next decade.
