Shabu-Yo brings back popular beef tongue fair

Shabu-Yo is reviving its popular "Early Summer Gyutan Fair" from May 14th to mid-July. Last year, the all-you-can-eat beef tongue event served approximately 6.71 million plates. This year's fair introduces a refreshing lemon herb broth and a new beef tail broth. The fair will feature thinly sliced beef tongue for shabu-shabu, with options including lemon herb broth and a new beef tail broth designed to complement the meat and vegetables.
