Seestadt's northeast shore to feature waterfront development by late 2028

New visualizations reveal plans for the northeast shore of Seestadt, aiming for completion by late 2028. The waterfront development will integrate living, working, and leisure spaces, drawing inspiration from projects in Hamburg and Copenhagen. It will feature approximately ten eateries and extensive outdoor dining areas. Key projects include "LIL-Y am See," "PIER05," and "Das Seestädter," which will offer residential, office, and commercial spaces, with construction beginning soon.
