Seahawks score first touchdown against Saints after penalty, Jaxon Smith-Njigba finds end zone

The Seattle Seahawks scored their first touchdown against the New Orleans Saints after a penalty by the Saints' Bryan Bresee. Sam Darnold connected with Jaxon Smith-Njigba for the score. The penalty occurred after a defensive stop, giving the Seahawks a new set of downs. Smith-Njigba, who was ill, still managed to find the end zone. The Seahawks later extended their lead to 14-0 with a 95-yard punt return touchdown by Tory Horton.
