Satisfactory's Core Values Expansion Takes Factory Building Underground

Coffee Stain Studios announced Satisfactory's first expansion, Core Values, which will take the factory-building game underground with new automation challenges and tools, targeting players with optimized above-ground factories. The expansion introduces underground tunnels and caves, featuring more rugged, heavy machinery and new logistics that differ from the base game, while sharing some systems to integrate seamlessly. It will release on Steam, Epic Games, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles, though no launch date has been announced. Art director Torsten Gunst emphasized the expansion offers substantial new content, including fresh resources and transportation methods, designed to prevent players from quickly bypassing challenges using existing production lines.
