Saramonic K9 XTX Wireless Transmitter Offers 150-Meter Range for Filmmakers

Saramonic has released the K9 XTX, a professional digital UHF plug-on wireless transmitter for filmmakers, offering a transmission range of up to 150 meters and advanced workflow features. The device operates on a wideband 550-960 MHz UHF platform with GPS-based frequency coordination, supporting XLR microphones with selectable phantom power up to 48V. It includes 32-bit float onboard recording with 64GB storage, wireless timecode sync, and a 130-decibel dynamic range. The K9 XTX is available now for $299, or $749 in a kit with additional components. It runs on AA batteries for up to 14 hours, supports USB-C external power, and offers remote management of up to 48 devices via the Saramonic System App.
