Samsung unveils One UI 7 with new features for Galaxy S25 and older models

Samsung has launched One UI 7 with the new Galaxy S25 smartphones. The update is also available for older compatible models, with expected updates for the S23 and S24 series soon. Most Samsung devices from 2021 onward will support the new software. One UI 7 features a redesigned notification system called the Now Bar, which shows live information from apps on the lock screen. This feature currently supports only native Samsung apps, limiting third-party access for now. The Camera app has been simplified, moving advanced settings to an expandable menu for easier access. Enhanced AI features include a writing assistant and call recording with transcription for U.S. users, improving overall user experience.
