Samsung Galaxy A26 5G offers six years of upgrades

Samsung has launched the Galaxy A26 5G, a new mid-range smartphone in India. It stands out because it will receive six operating system upgrades. This model features the latest Android 15 and includes AI functionalities like Circle to Search. The Galaxy A26 5G is available in two versions in India. The price for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model is Rs 24,999. The higher option, with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs Rs 27,999. Customers can choose from several colors: white, peach pink, mint, and black. The phone can be purchased from Samsung's website and other online retailers. In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A26 5G offers a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. It has a high refresh rate of 120Hz and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. The phone is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset and includes 8GB of RAM. Additionally, it features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, along with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, there is a 13MP front camera. The phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 25W wired charging. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and 5G support. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance.
