Salem Police Arrest Wife and IT Lover for Businessman's Murder

Police in Salem have arrested a woman for allegedly murdering her businessman husband with her IT professional lover, after initially staging it as a robbery. The victim's wife, Sujithasree, was taken into custody following the investigation. The victim, Boopathi, was found dead in his car's front seat with multiple stab wounds. Police grew suspicious after finding no evidence of a struggle at the scene and noting the wife had no injuries despite claiming her jewelry was stolen during the attack. Investigators discovered Sujithasree had been having an affair with Santosh Raj, an IT employee from Bengaluru, for two years. After a domestic dispute, she allegedly called her lover, and together they killed Boopathi before staging the scene to look like a robbery.
