'Salaar-Part 1' re-release earns ₹3.24 crore on Day 1
Prabhas's movie "Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire" has made a big comeback in theaters. The film re-released on March 21 and earned ₹3.24 crore on its first day. This makes it the biggest opener among Prabhas's films. The movie had already been successful when it first came out, breaking records on streaming platforms and television. After a successful Telugu re-release, it is now also available in Kannada. However, it was not shown in North India. Fans have shown great enthusiasm for the re-release. This film's success is notable, as it achieved these numbers without any special events or occasions. "Salaar" previously attracted 30 million viewers during its Hindi TV premiere and has grossed over ₹600 crore at the box office. The film also stood out on digital platforms, trending continuously for more than a year. A sequel titled "Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam" is set to release in 2026.
