Nearly half of Russians adopted rational consumption in 2025, significantly reducing impulse buys and saving an average of 90,000 rubles annually. This shift saw 48% of respondents embracing mindful spending, up from 29% the previous year. Key savings came from reselling items and foregoing trendy electronics, with many also reducing packaging waste.
