Russian strikes hit Teva pharmaceutical warehouse in Ukraine twice in one day

On August 3, a warehouse of the pharmaceutical company Teva in Ukraine was hit twice in one day as a result of a Russian attack, according to the company's press service. No employees were injured. The company stated it is assessing the consequences and working to minimize the impact on supplies so Ukrainian patients retain access to necessary medicines. Teva condemned the attacks, noting they continue to endanger lives and destroy civilian infrastructure and Ukrainian business. Teva Ukraine is part of Israel-based Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, founded in 1901, producing over 260 medications. The strikes occurred amid a week of intensified Russian attacks on Ukrainian warehouses and businesses, including retail and logistics facilities.
