Russian strikes hit 13 Ukrainian regions, Zelensky says

Russian forces launched drone and missile attacks against 13 regions of Ukraine, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky, who reported casualties and damage in a social media statement. In Odesa, a drone strike on a residential building injured 17 people, including three children, with apartments from the 10th to 17th floors damaged. Emergency services are also responding to bombardments in the Obukhiv and Boryspil districts.
