Russian strikes damage 13 Ukrainian regions, injuring 17

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Russian drone and artillery attacks overnight damaged 13 regions, injuring 17 people, including three children. The strikes hit Odesa, Kherson, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, and other areas, with a drone striking a residential building in Odesa and a fire breaking out at a pharmaceutical warehouse. Zelensky said Russia has found a new way to escalate and does not plan to slow down. Zelensky called for strengthened response and faster cooperation with European manufacturers of air defense and anti-drone systems, noting that Ukraine works daily with partners on new defense packages.
