Russian strike hits Coca-Cola plant near Kyiv, sparking large fire

Russia attacked a Coca-Cola factory in the Brovary district of Kyiv region on September 3, causing a large fire at the enterprise in Velyka Dymerka, according to a source at Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited. The fire at the plant was captured in photos and videos shared on Telegram channels. Local authorities and the State Emergency Service have not yet commented on the consequences of the strikes on the Brovary district. The facility is the company's only production complex in Ukraine, manufacturing brands like Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Rich juice, Fuze Tea, and BonAqua. It was previously hit by Russian strikes in March 2022, and the country has seen over 300,000 square meters of warehouse space destroyed in six months.
