Russian investigators open terror case after Ukrainian drone strike on Saratov

Russian investigators have opened a criminal case on charges of a terrorist attack following a Ukrainian drone strike on Saratov, according to the Russian Investigative Committee. The committee stated it has organized measures to gather evidence and is working to establish all circumstances of the incident and identify those responsible, who will face criminal legal assessment. The attack occurred on September 8. At least 10 people were injured in the strike, including three children, with six hospitalized. Several residential buildings were damaged, and authorities have opened an operational headquarters and a temporary accommodation point for residents.
