Russian drone strike on Odesa high-rise injures 17, including three children

Russia attacked Odesa again overnight with drones, striking a residential high-rise and injuring 17 people, including three minors. Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa regional administration, said the drone hit an apartment block, damaging 20 private apartments on floors 10 through 17 and 12 parked cars. Rescue services are working to address the aftermath. The attack follows a similar mass drone strike on Odesa on September 2, which caused emergency power outages and also injured 17 people, including one child.
