Russian drone strike on Kropyvnytskyi apartment building injures one

A Russian drone struck a multi-story residential building in Kropyvnytskyi overnight on September 4, injuring one person who was hospitalized, according to regional governor Andriy Raikovych. The attack also hit an enterprise, causing a roof fire, and another blaze broke out in an open area. Raikovych stressed that people are alive, with a commission set to assess damages and municipal services beginning cleanup in the morning. The strike follows a previous wave of Russian drone attacks on western, northern, and central Ukrainian regions, including Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Ternopil oblasts, far from front-line areas.
