Russian attack on Odesa injures eight, damages residential building

Russian forces attacked Odesa overnight on September 3, damaging a multi-story residential building and injuring eight people, according to the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak. The attack was reported at 1:40 AM, with explosions heard in the city at 1:17 AM after monitoring channels warned of a jet-powered drone about 30 minutes prior. Emergency services are on site, and the injured are receiving necessary assistance. This follows a series of Russian drone attacks on September 2 targeting Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr regions, as well as an overnight strike on Ternopil region. A separate attack on Dnipro on September 2 killed two people and injured nine.
