Russian attack on Odesa injures 17, including 3 children

A Russian attack on Odesa injured 17 people, including three children, and damaged a 21-story residential building, local authorities reported Thursday morning. The attack damaged apartments from the 10th to 17th floors of the building, as well as 20 apartments and 12 parked cars, according to officials. One person was also injured in the Khmelnytskyi region. In the Kyiv region, a warehouse, administrative building, and store were damaged, with one man hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. Khmelnytskyi was attacked twice by drones overnight, causing fires at two enterprises.
