Russia attacked Odesa overnight, damaging an elite residential complex in the Prymorskyi district, with at least 17 people injured, including three children, according to regional officials. The strike damaged 20 apartments on floors 10 through 17 and over ten nearby cars. Local Telegram channels identified the building as the Ruslan and Lyudmila complex, completed in 2011, which had previously avoided direct hits. The 19-to-21-story building features underground parking, sea views, and apartments starting at nearly four million hryvnias. It sits near a yacht club and beach, though Russia has frequently targeted the coastal recreation zone, including a drone strike on another complex in Arkadia in early August.
