Royal family member Ivar Mountbatten joins US reality show The Traitors

Lord Ivar Mountbatten, a relative of King Charles III, will appear on the US version of the reality show "The Traitors." He is the first openly gay member of the British royal family and is known for his close ties to the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Ivar, 56, is a second cousin of King Charles and has three daughters from his first marriage. He married flight attendant James Coyle in 2023. The show, set to air in January 2025, features contestants trying to identify "Traitors" among them. This marks Ivar's latest television appearance, following roles in other shows. The royal family has not publicly commented on his participation in the reality series.
