Rotaru reacted to Kyiv's attack, breaking her silence

Singer Sofia Rotaru broke her silence to react to the recent Russian attack on Kyiv, posting a photo of the destruction. She has previously remained largely silent since the war began. Rotaru shared an image of a damaged building in Kyiv's Solomianskyi district, following a large-scale Russian attack on the city overnight. The attack involved both drones and missiles, causing casualties and damage. This is not the first time Rotaru has reacted to Russian attacks, previously commenting on strikes in 2024 and 2025. She has otherwise remained private, with her sister stating she is in Kyiv.
