Rosmah Mansor seeks review of Federal Court's dismissal of her bid to recuse judge in Sarawak solar graft trial

Rosmah Mansor will seek a review of the Federal Court's decision to dismiss her appeal to recuse the trial judge in her solar graft case. Her legal team will file the review application next week, aiming to exhaust all legal options before her main appeal resumes. The Federal Court had previously dismissed her appeal, finding no error in the judge's decision to preside over the case. Rosmah was convicted and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and a RM970 million fine in the RM1.25 billion Sarawak solar hybrid project graft case.
