The complex will feature a 40,000-square-foot ambulatory building with an emergency department, imaging suite, lab, surgery center, and women's imaging services. A separate 20,000-square-foot medical office building is also being built. The development aims to enhance healthcare access in the rapidly growing Sawmill community. The first building is set to open in January 2026, followed by the second in April 2026.
