Loalwa Braz, the Brazilian singer known for “Lambada,” was murdered in January 2017: burned alive in her car after robbers took less than €5,000. The singer, 63, was fatally attacked by a trusted person, investigators concluded. Firefighters found her charred body in her vehicle after responding to a fire at her home.
