Road Safety Authority to raise driving licence and NCT test fees in January

The Road Safety Authority will increase fees for driving licences and NCT tests starting in January. This is the first fee hike since 2012. The government has also approved a 50% increase in staff for driving tests, with recruitment underway. Delays for driving tests vary, with available dates ranging from March to June next year.
