Rio police arrest four, seize stolen vehicle hub and armored car

Rio de Janeiro police arrested four individuals during an operation targeting a stolen vehicle hub used by the Comando Vermelho (CV) criminal faction. The operation, part of the ongoing Torniquete initiative, uncovered a property in Gogó de Guadalupe used to receive stolen cars and motorcycles. Two suspects were arrested for drug trafficking and illegal weapons possession. The CV faction specializes in vehicle theft, with stolen cars being resold or dismantled for parts. An armored vehicle adapted for drug trafficking activities was also seized.
