Richmond RCMP have made a second appeal for help in finding Kari Anne Stiele-Jules, an Indigenous woman missing since August 22. Despite following several leads, she has not been located. Investigators are looking into a possible sighting of Stiele-Jules in downtown Vancouver. She was last seen wearing a dark purple scarf, a white t-shirt, and black shoes. Stiele-Jules is described as a 36-year-old woman, 5'5" tall, with long brown hair and brown eyes. Police have released new photos of her wearing a veil and head covering.
