Restaurants adjust menus to manage rising LPG costs

Restaurants are altering menus due to rising commercial LPG cylinder costs, which have exceeded Rs 3,000 for a 19-kg cylinder. This shift involves offering dishes requiring less cooking, like healthy bowls, and removing slow-cooked items. Some establishments are also introducing "Size 0" menus for patrons using weight-loss drugs. The price hikes, the third this month, are forcing businesses to either adapt their offerings or increase prices to offset increased operational expenses.
