Renault empowers employees with discounted, free shares

Renault Group is launching its fourth employee share ownership plan, granting free shares and offering discounted shares to eligible employees. This initiative aims to strengthen value sharing and employee involvement. Nearly 100,000 employees across 30 countries are eligible for the plan, with three free shares being granted. Employees in 24 countries can purchase shares at a preferential price of €31.34, a 30% discount. The program, which runs from May 12th to May 30th, includes additional company contributions, and employee investments are capped at 25% of their annual salary. Employees already hold 5.63% of the company's shares.
