Reliance Jio launches 5.5G network in India with OnePlus for enhanced mobile experience

Reliance Jio has launched its new 5.5G network in India, developed with OnePlus. This network offers speeds up to 10 Gbps and low latency, significantly improving mobile internet experiences for users. The OnePlus 13 series smartphones are the first to support this advanced connectivity. The 5.5G network provides faster downloads and seamless data sharing, enhancing activities like gaming and streaming. During testing, the 5.5G network achieved speeds over 1,014 Mbps, compared to traditional 5G speeds of 277 Mbps. The transition to 5.5G is automatic for users, with a new ‘5GA’ icon appearing on compatible devices.
