Recall issued for Onasti Toddler Tower Stools

A recall has been issued for Onasti Toddler Tower Stools after a toddler suffered a brain injury. The stools can collapse or tip over, posing serious fall hazards. More than 10,000 units sold on Amazon from March to December 2024 are affected. They come in various colors and measure about 25 inches long and 32 inches tall.
