A project workshop will launch initiatives to combat gender-based violence and harassment in Indonesia's footwear sector. The RealGains Project, partnering with BWI and KKF, aims to improve employer and worker capacity to prevent and manage gender-based violence and harassment at work through stakeholder dialogue. Indonesia's large footwear workforce, predominantly women, faces high rates of workplace violence and harassment, necessitating these preventative measures.
