Rays of Belief, parent of children's therapy platform Mom's Belief, is expected to finalize IPO share allotment today, September 4, following strong demand for its Rs 125-crore public issue. The IPO was subscribed 107.71 times, with the non-institutional investor portion oversubscribed 279.11 times and retail 195.87 times. The price band was Rs 227-239 per share, with a minimum lot of 62 shares. Shares are scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on September 8. Investors can check allotment status via registrar KFin Technologies, BSE, or NSE websites. The grey market premium stood at Rs 12 per share, implying a potential 5.02 percent listing gain. The company raised Rs 50 crore from anchor investors and plans to use proceeds for centre expansion and brand awareness.
