Raj Kumar Santoshi reveals Priyanka Chopra was offered role in Halla Bol

He revealed that Priyanka Chopra was initially offered a role but chose to pursue another project with him that never happened. Santoshi reflected on the film's themes of social responsibility and the need for individuals to act in the face of crises. He noted that societal indifference remains a concern, similar to issues highlighted in his upcoming project, Lahore 1947. Halla Bol, inspired by real events, starred Ajay Devgn and Vidya Balan. Santoshi expressed a desire to work with Balan again but has not found a suitable project. He remains open to future collaborations with Devgn.
