Raising Cane's will open first Ocean County location

Raising Cane's has been approved to open its first Ocean County, New Jersey location, marking the fast-casual chicken restaurant's expansion in the state. The Brick Township Board of Adjustment approved the restaurant's plans to replace a former Quaker Steak and Lube location with a new building, featuring a two-lane drive-thru and over 3,300 square feet. The company secured the lease last summer. Raising Cane's, known for its chicken fingers, is part of a trend of fast-growing chain restaurants. The opening date for the Brick location is yet to be announced, but anticipation is high.
